Position Overview: As a Social Media Content Manager at HighScale, you will play a central role in shaping our clients' digital presence. Collaborating with a diverse team of creatives, strategists, and marketing professionals, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies that align with client goals, showcase creative excellence, and captivate target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with client objectives and brand messaging.
• Create engaging and shareable content across various social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate campaign messaging and creative elements into social media strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager within a creative advertising agency or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies.
