Strong technical background, able to fully understand product features and applications and offer solutions tailored to customer needs. Proven successful sales track record, capable of independently managing and developing large key accounts. Strong market development and target-driven mindset, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to travel frequently, especially for on-site customer visits and business development. German: C2 level, Proficient in English, able to negotiate with international clients. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s automotive battery pack module equipment in the European market, with a focus on automotive manufacturers and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers in Germany and other European countries. Develop and implement sales plans in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring sales targets are met. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively develop new customers to expand market share. Collaborate regularly with the technical team to deeply understand customer needs and provide technical support and solutions. Monitor the progress of customer projects, promptly report market trends and competitor information. Proactively seek sales opportunities, conduct market analysis, participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance the company’s brand presence. Provide sales forecasts and market analysis reports to assist the company in strategic adjustments and product optimization.
