Location: 5625 Arlington Avenue Bronx, NY 10471.
Schedule: Opening Shift with Sundays & Mondays Off.
Compensation: Competitive Salary+Complimentary Gym Membership.

Full-Time, Union Position.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Locker Room Attendant for the women’s locker room to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the women’s locker room, bathrooms, and adjacent fitness areas. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize locker room areas including showers, toilets, sinks, benches, mirrors, and floors on a regular schedule.
• Replace towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
• Empty trash receptacles and restock paper products (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels).
• Ensure the space remains dry, safe, and free of hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in gym equipment areas as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Support additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of walking up stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a physically active and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Must be available for the scheduled shift.

Compensation: $19.90 per hour.
