Tax Analyst I

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As Tax Analyst I with Insight, you will hold a position that will be part of a local sales tax team supporting North America - Sales Tax Department operations. Responsibilities will encompass varied aspects of the sales tax function, which include tax returns compliance, tax research, tax adjustments, audit support, Taxhelp desk, internal reporting, Vertex tax software responsibilities, unclaimed property reporting and special projects. Along the way, you will be responsible for other tasks and duties assigned by immediate superiors.

As Tax Analyst I, you will get to:

• Prepare tax forms for vendors, clients etc
• Be responsible for Sales tax and Analysis
• Efficiently generates sales tax data , reconcile with general ledger and generate accurate sales tax returns
• Submits tax filings and associated backup including sales tax, gross receipts tax and unclaimed property

We are looking for Tax Analyst I with:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Taxation
• US taxation is preferred
• Background in SAP is preferred
• Advanced MS Excel Skill
