About the Role
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This early-stage opportunity allows you to work closely with experienced sales leadership, an energized peer group, and two founders who know the SDR journey inside out—they began their careers as SDRs themselves!
Our Series A stage company operates in a proven, de-risked market. Your contributions will help propel us from $3M to $12M ARR in the next two years. This is your chance to make a significant impact, grow professionally, and be part of a team led by founders whose first company was acquired for $90M+.

Key Responsibilities
Account Research: Investigate prospective accounts to understand their goals, pain points, and decision-makers.
Team Leadership: Support junior SDRs by sharing expertise in cold calling, email crafting, and LinkedIn outreach. Be a role model of consistency and persistence.
Outreach Development: Design and execute connection strategies tailored to prospects' needs and objectives.
Multi-Channel Prospecting: Use a mix of cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and other tactics to engage prospects. Expect to manage approximately:
200 emails/week
600 cold calls/week
100 LinkedIn messages/week
Pipeline Management: Facilitate smooth handoffs between prospects and the sales team.
Collaboration: Work closely with Leadership, Marketing, and Account Executives to align outreach with broader company goals.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights to Marketing and Leadership for improved outreach strategies and collateral.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine the team's outreach processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation: Maintain thorough records and leverage software tools to streamline workflows.
