In this position, you will:

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes to advance litigation strategies.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and represent clients in various forums.
• Collaborate with a diverse and skilled team to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

• Years of Practice: 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Trial and Arbitration Exposure: Experience preferred but not required.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Bar Membership: Active Texas bar license.
