We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Solution Architect to enhance our sales initiatives and support our clients throughout their journey with Fireworks AI. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical expertise with sales acumen, excels in solution-driven environments, and thrives on turning complex technical challenges into streamlined customer solutions.
Technical Engagement:
Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Address deep technical inquiries about our products, specializing in Fine Tuning, RAG, and Agent Tooling.
Scope and drive Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, defining success metrics and overseeing execution to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with Account Executives during discovery sessions to showcase our platform's technical merits and advantages.
Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including responding to RFPs and adjusting PoCs based on client feedback.
Build and nurture technical champions within client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
Post-Sales Support:
Ensure seamless integration and ongoing support post-deployment.
Handle integration with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring outputs are tailored to client specifications.
Conduct load and performance testing to guarantee system reliability under real-world conditions.
Continuous Improvement:
Liaise with the Engineering team to relay feedback from the field and advocate for new features or products.
Stay actively involved in post-sales engagements to understand evolving client needs and refine solutions accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role within a technology company.
Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning models, and enterprise infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a dynamic team environment.
