Position: Receptionist Location: Saint Louis, MO Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $700 - $850 per week Job Description: Seronda Networks We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, portraying a professional and welcoming demeanor in every interaction. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, which will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring that the reception area remains tidy and presentable. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for staff
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
