Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and go above and beyond for guests
  • Work quickly while smiling and having fun to help Chick-fil-A Altoona meet its store goals
  • Possess a heart for service by using exceptional hospitality and culinary skills to delight guests and employees
  • Prepare and deliver an exceptional quality product in a fast and accurate manner to make guests smile
  • Follow the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated and show up daily with a positive attitude
  • Complete customer transactions in a friendly and accurate manner while serving them directly or working at a particular station
  • Focus on food safety and cleanliness at all times to help us provide safe service to our guests
  • Keep work stations and the store clean and organized
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate professionally with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Work quickly and accurately to serve guests in an efficient manner
  • Show up with a positive, engrossed attitude and a willingness to work hard while having fun with teammates
  • Other duties as assigned
