Job Description

As a Humanoid Robotics Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge humanoid robotics by designing advanced control systems, state estimation algorithms, and robust hardware platforms. This role involves cross-disciplinary collaboration to push the boundaries of robotics technologies in motion planning, manipulation, and perception, while delivering high-performance robotic systems for real-world applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in humanoid robotics development, contributing to both software and hardware innovations that support and accelerate the team’s progress toward groundbreaking solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop models and code for humanoid robotics using Python, C++, Matlab, or similar software, focusing on: Controls, State estimation, Motion planning, Manipulation, Behavior coordination, Perception and computer vision.
  • Design and develop hardware for humanoid robotics, including sensors, actuators, and mechanical systems.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and tutorials as needed to communicate progress and findings.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Relevant work experience in humanoid robotics, large language models, machine learning, or related AI engineering fields.
  • Experience with real-time simulation tools and their application in robotics development.
  • Expertise in at least one robotics discipline, such as: Perception, Motion planning, State estimation etc.
  • Strong understanding of spatial kinematics, dynamics, and related mathematical concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, C++, and Matlab.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively share progress and technical details with diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with standard robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
  • Expertise in GPU programming using CUDA .
  • Hands-on experience in modeling and programming artificial neural network s for perception, motion planning, or robotic behavior coordination.
  • Knowledge of deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
  • Experience in integrating large language models into robotic systems for advanced behavior coordination and interaction.
