Our client in Vista is looking for a Receptionist to join their dynamic team. You'll be the first person customers interact with, creating lasting, positive impressions while ensuring the office runs smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who values customer service, enjoys administrative tasks, and can juggle responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Greet Customers: Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and supported during their experience.
+ Answer Calls: Manage phone lines, transferring calls to appropriate parties and answering inquiries about services or appointments.
+ Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers with scheduling automotive service appointments, managing appointment logs in scheduling software.
+ Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, and maintenance of customer records with superb attention to detail.
+ Coordination Tasks: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure customers receive timely updates about their vehicles.
+ Office Maintenance: Keep reception and waiting areas clean and organized, while ordering and stocking necessary supplies.
Requirements
+ Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk position. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
+ Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of scheduling or CRM software is preferred. Proficiency in working with general office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.) is required.
+ Customer Service Skills: A passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
+ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You'll be interacting with customers, technicians, and vendors daily.
+ Organizational Abilities: Multi-tasking is a must! You can prioritize tasks and stay organized even during busy times.
Compensation: $17-$19/hr, depending on experience.
