Your New Role
The People & Culture Partner, Coordinator will support the News People & Culture team as well as the business by assisting in the development and execution of P&C initiatives that ensure Warner bros. Discovery remains an employer of choice, providing solutions to employee-related matters, and assisting with general project management, conflict resolution, relationship management, delivering solutions for our managers and employees. As a positive self-starter with a collaborative mindset, you will be actively involved in helping to deliver an HR agenda in partnership with our HR centers of excellence and the News People & Culture team. Candidates for this position should be innovative, solution-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the function and thrive in a dynamic organizational culture.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
