Position: Multispecialty Coder
Pay Rate: $30-32/hr
Work Model: 6-Month Contract to Hire (with potential for permanent position)
Location: Fully Remote (East Coast or Central USA)

Key Responsibilities:
Review operative reports and medical documentation from physicians to accurately assign codes and ensure proper charge capture
Maintain compliance with established coding standards and guidelines
Serve as a liaison between the clinical and billing teams, promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to coding and billing
Review and analyze medical information to ensure accurate and timely documentation for reimbursement and statistical purposes
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience coding across multiple specialties
Skills & Certification: ICD-10-CM and CTP training, experience with Professional Fee Services (Pro Fee), and EPIC familiarity
Certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
Key Traits: Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and strong communication skills
Pay and Benefits:
Salary Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience
