What You'll Do:

Proactively solicit new business by taking inbound leads and developing strong client relationships.
Guide clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice and personalized service.
Analyze client financial situations and recommend the most suitable loan products.
Effectively communicate with clients, keeping them informed throughout the loan process.
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and successful loan closings.
Build and maintain a strong referral network.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in mortgage loan origination (call center experience preferred).
In-depth knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
Current NMLS license (additional state licenses preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
