Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. - Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM). - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Conduct social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. - Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, and social media management. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics. - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Preferred Certifications: - Google Analytics Certification - Google Ads Certification - Facebook Blueprint Certification - HubSpot Content Marketing Certification - Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification Relevant Work Experience: - Previous experience in a marketing role within the health tech or technology industry. - Experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts. - Proven track record of driving engagement and growth through social media. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
