About the Job:

The Coordinator Contractor role is responsible for assisting to manage litigation, particularly disputes between franchisees. The Coordinator Contractor Role will report to Director, Legal.

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage franchisee arbitrations (scheduling, coordinating documents and briefs, managing arbitration hearing)
• Intake court documents and issue franchise tenders
• Assist in managing litigation tracker and calendar for litigation matters
• Assist in managing discovery
• CT Corp acknowledgements and distributions- about 1 hour a week
• Assist in intaking issues and finding solutions for resolution for a variety of matters, including responding to subpoenas as needed

Is This You?

• Experience with responding to subpoenas and managing litigation docket
• Prefer experience with franchise work or in other QSR

Salary Range: $30/hr
