***Fire Protection Project Manager***
We are partnered with a reputable Fire Protection company, in the greater Savanna, GA. area, who is actively looking to grow their already established team with an Industrial Fire Protection Project Manager . This company prides themselves on their reputation and their commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to their customers.
This Fire Protection Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fire protection specific projects which will include:
* Sales
* Design
* Estimating
* Field Work
If you can bring a project from "cradle to grave," then this is the role for you.
The Fire Protection Project Manager will also:
* Work to grow relationships and market share in the fire protection segment.
* Develop and maintain client and partner relationships through building trust and providing high levels of service.
* Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of several disciplines on multiple projects from concept through completion.
* Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
* Manage and perform project delivery, including, budgeting, maintaining schedules, meeting budget objectives, communicating and meeting deadlines.
* Promote safe work environments.
Fire Protection Project Manager Qualifications:
* Experience in the Fire Protection Industry and Project Management
* Experience in Design, Sales, Estimating, Scheduling, and Field Work.
* Efficiency in reading and understanding design drawings.
* Read & understand contracts.
* Understand specifications and create proposals for clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* NICET I or better preferred
* OSHA 10-hour Construction course.
* Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.
