Job Description

TechOp Solutions International is looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and other team members to design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications in line with business requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using a mix of configuration and customization, including APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce automation tools.
• Automate business processes using tools like Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Flow.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings, analyze and estimate user stories, and identify/resolve gaps in requirements.
• Adhere to coding standards, develop maintainable and well-structured code, and perform independent code reviews.
• Write and execute unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage.
• Debug and resolve any reported issues or defects to ensure smooth production system performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and integration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce platform development, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce solutions can enhance efficiency.

Must be able to meet all background and security requirements.
