Business Development _ Industrial Cleaning Services Location Lakeland, FL : Company Profile: USA DeBusk is a best-in-class mechanical and industrial cleaning services provider specializing in servicing the downstream energy market. We offer the full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services. Founded in 2012, USA DeBusk currently has field offices in 24 cities and continues to provide services internationally. Summary/Objective: The Sales Representative will have the knowledge and skills required to market and sell to refineries and petrochemical clients. The Sales Representative is required to be a technically oriented, organized, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining & developing an existing client base and developing new opportunities. The Sales Representative ability to develop relationships with key decision makers and end users as well as make sales & technical presentations are essential ingredients for success. Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base as a sales account representative.
  • Visit customers to understand their sales needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional support.
  • Initiate sales call on marketing in-bound leads and follow-up on pending quotes to increase sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain a database of all calls and visits made to current and potential customers.
  • Create and maintain customer files containing all relevant information on the customer's needs and expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with a helpful attitude.
  • Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
  • Represent USA Debusk as a brand known for on-time delivery, quality products and the best service in the industry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 - 3 years outside sales representative / sales account representative experience preferred.
  • Industry knowledge preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Able to travel from your home base for sales meetings and customer visits.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Able to travel for multiple days for training and sales initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
  • Required to sit, talk, and hear and must be able to operate a telephone and computer.
  • Ability to lift to 15 pounds.
