Inpatient/PHP/IOP Art Therapist

Full-Time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Provide Art Therapy in group setting in hopspital, PHP and IOP programs.  Design activities, complete expressive therapy assessments, and conduct 1:1 expressive therapy with long-term patients.  Direct involvement in special projects, displays, and initiatives.  Approximately 20 hours spent inpatient and 20 hours spent in PHP/IOP programs.  Facilitate groups with children, adolescents, and adults.

Schedule:  Tuesday - Saturday

EDUCATION REQUIRED:  Master's Degree in Art Therapy REQUIRED .  ATR/ATR -BC certifications preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:   Experience conducting group and individual Art Therapy

LICENSURE:  Must be RAT eligible. RAT/BCAT certifications preferred.  

SKILLS REQUIRED:  Ability to develop therapeutic rapport, time management, psychotherapy, clinical skills, and organizational skills
