We are seeking accomplished attorneys to join an elite practice group with one of our prestigious clients in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in a collaborative and high-caliber environment.

In this position, you will:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in your area of practice to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring:

Experience and Education

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of practice in areas such as litigation, corporate law, real estate, or other specialties, with a track record of success in high-stakes matters.
• Education: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.

Core Expertise

• Legal Skills: Proficiency in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Specialization: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following:
  • Complex Litigation: Handling commercial disputes, appellate advocacy, class actions, or antitrust matters.
  • Corporate Transactions: Mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, or capital markets.
  • Real Estate Law: Finance, development, acquisitions, or leasing for institutional clients.
  • White-Collar Defense: Regulatory compliance, government investigations, or defense in high-profile criminal matters.
