Job Description
As an F45 Coach, you'll lead group training sessions using workouts designed by F45 HQ. You’ll motivate, guide, and connect with members to create a positive, results-driven environment. Your role is to inspire, correct form, deliver high energy, and bring the fun every session.
Responsibilities:
• Lead high-intensity, circuit-based group workouts for up to 36 members
• Motivate and connect with members, offering regressions/progressions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio
• Assist with studio tours, consultations, and member onboarding
• Represent the F45 brand in sessions and community events
• Support studio operations and retention goals
Qualifications:
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Charisma and confidence in front of a group
• Strong knowledge of functional training, movement mechanics, and heart rate-based workouts
• CPR/AED Certified + ONE Primary NCCA-approved cert (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
• Willingness to complete the F45 Trainer Certification via F45 Academy
• Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience with InBody scans, client consultations, or fitness sales
• Background in coaching HIIT, small group, or personal training
• Must live in Arizona
