  • Leverage data and market research to inform customer strategies and supplement performance reporting of the region.

  • Lead key account planning by developing and executing individualized marketing strategies for the region’s largest and most strategic accounts.

  • Monitor and report on key account marketing initiatives, measuring effectiveness and optimizing as needed.

Marketing Execution & Program Management:

  • Work with/through the Segment Marketing, Marketing Operations & Partner Enablement, and Brand & Demand teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and brand-building activities tailored to regional needs.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement tools.

  • Develop content and collateral strategies (e.g., brochures, digital assets, point-of-sale materials) as needed to support regional sales efforts.

  • Partner with Channel Management peers to ensure consistency of approach and mitigate mis-alignment of tactics between the Regions and Channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track the success of marketing initiatives through KPIs, ROI analysis, and customer feedback.

  • Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools data to measure engagement and program success.

  • Ability to analyze market data, customer trends, and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
