Are you an experienced and motivated Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients in a high-urgency, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless project execution.
Handle executive assistant duties including overseeing marketing systems, website edits, managing third-party platforms, creating content, and social media management.
Monitor and improve customer flow and experience.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with clients.
Maintain accurate time-tracking and detailed reporting.
Attend regular team and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings as required.

Extensive experience in customer service and client relations.
Familiar with tools like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM systems, and project management software.

Detail-oriented with excellent grammatical skills.
Skilled in multi-tasking and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant or project manager.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable home office setup, including a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated professional workspace.
