About the Job

We’re seeking a bold, experienced  Director of Communications  to lead with purpose and deliver transformative results for a diversity of clients across corporate communications, reputation management, and PR. Operating as a strategist and tactician, you’ll partner with clients to craft data-driven narratives, build meaningful connections with stakeholders, and execute campaigns that protect and promote positive reputations. This role is for someone who loves big ideas, embraces the strategic power of communications, and is energized by the pace of constant evolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Strategist: Serve as a trusted counselor to clients, building deep relationships while guiding them through today’s evolving marketing and communications landscape.
  • Data-Driven Visionary: Leverage insights to inform creative storytelling, reputation management, and integrated marketing strategies that lead the pack.
  • Innovator in Action: Develop and oversee campaigns spanning PR, corporate communications, and reputation management, always pushing for the next big idea.
  • Team Leader: Inspire and mentor a team of trailblazers, ensuring high-quality work, personal growth, and collaboration at every level.
  • Trend Forecaster: Spot emerging shifts in culture, platforms, and audience behavior to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Communications Craftsman: Write, refine, and deliver content that breaks through—from press materials and crisis statements to compelling pitches and new business proposals.
  • Operational Driver: Manage account budgets and timelines with precision, ensuring flawless execution and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in account management within a fast-paced agency setting, with a proven ability to deliver high-stakes campaigns.
  • Strategic Edge: Expertise in corporate communications, integrated marketing, and PR, with a love for tackling complex challenges like crisis and issues management.
