What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and inspire a team of talented biomedical professionals to deliver best-in-class healthcare technology services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience.e
• Ensure compliance with CIHQ, DNV, and JACHO regulatory standards
  Oversee inventory, purchasing, cybersecurity, and capital planning for medical equipment
• Work directly with C-suite executives to align technology management with broader healthcare objectives
• Drive continuous process improvement and embrace new technologies to improve healthcare outcomes
• Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth

What Were Looking For

• Proven leader with a customer-first approach
• Experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting
• Strong regulatory knowledge (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO compliance expertise required)
• Financial and strategic acumen  budgeting, capital planning, and decision-making experience
• Hands-on experience with medical technology and clinical equipment
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years in healthcare technology management
• Executive presence with the ability to work collaboratively with hospital leadership
