Customer Service & Client Retention Specialist
We are a rapidly growing digital marketing company, dedicated to helping Realtors across the United States build strong relationships and fill their calendars with buyers and sellers who are ready to move! As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Client Management team and are seeking highly skilled Customer Service professionals who can provide exceptional service to our clients and ensure they get the attention and results they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete a daily client checklist for all active clients (200+).
Onboard new clients and collaborate with the media buying (advertising) team to ensure seamless integration.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure proper client account setup.
Edit and update client CRM profiles as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients with concerns or issues, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
Routinely call clients to ensure smooth service and keep them updated.
Set up appointments for deeper client consultations.
Manage and track client requests and action items.
Provide client coaching to help achieve the best possible results.
Foster a leadership mindset and proactively solve problems as they arise.

Who Should Apply:

At least 2 years of experience in client retention and client management.
Strong business communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Excellent attendance, with a commitment to delivering results for every client.
Prior experience in phone sales, particularly appointment setting or lead generation, is a plus.
Coaching and/or sales management experience is highly desirable.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate others.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
A willingness to learn and grow, even if you already have experience in the field.

Position Details:
Work Type: Full-time, 100% remote
Salary: Starting at $48,000, with the potential to earn $120,000+ annually based on performance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available
