Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist

90-Day Conversion Rate Transformation Project (with Extension Opportunity)

We're already crushing it with traffic - now we need someone to turn those visitors into leads. We're looking for a CRO expert who can walk in, quickly identify what's broken in our conversion funnel, and tell us exactly how to fix it.

If you can look at a website and immediately spot five things killing its conversion rate, AND can effectively communicate how to fix them, we want to talk to you. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who knows exactly how to turn traffic into leads and can guide a team to make it happen. You’ll report in to our Director of Marketing. This is 100% remote work.

The Challenge

We're driving significant traffic through PPC and organic search, but our conversion rates need work. You'll have a dedicated Art Director and Web Developer to help implement your recommendations - we just need someone who knows exactly what changes will move the needle.

What You'll Own

• Complete conversion optimization strategy

• Demo request and form completion rates

• A/B testing program

• Implementation roadmap and priorities

• Weekly stakeholder communications

• Training and documentation for long-term success

Est. Project Timeline (90 Days)

Month 1: Analysis & Quick Wins

• Audit current conversion funnel

• Launch immediate improvements

• Present data-backed strategy

• Begin A/B testing program

Month 2-3: Implementation & Scale

• Drive major optimizations with design/dev team

• Scale successful tests

• Document wins and learnings

• Build foundation for ongoing optimization

• Deliver final recommendations and training

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS CRO experience

• Portfolio of significant conversion wins

• Deep expertise in conversion-focused UX/UI

• Experience directing designers and developers

• Strong data visualization and presentation skills

• Mastery of analytics and testing tools

• Track record of rapid, meaningful improvements
