• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Worksite Location: Louisville, KY | 100% Remote
• Compensation: $34 . 00-$40.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Client Solutions Implementation Lead:

• Manage utility program applications, including enrollment and assisting people with sign-ups
• Provide support for low-level technical questions (e.g., navigating the app)
• Serve as a client-facing representative, ensuring excellent customer interaction and support

What you’ll bring to the Client Solutions Implementation Lead role:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in program management, customer service, training or teaching, tech support, or a combination
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and other online collaboration tools
• Understanding of utilities, clean energy and grid modernization issues, including DERs is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills, including project, process management, and time management
• A critical mind and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset that thrives when quickly learning new things
• Ability to travel as needed
