Wind Turbine Technician II  Cheyenne Ridge II, CO – 30 min West of Burlington, CO.   Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus Offered - Details below . ​ By joining the team at Cheyenne Wells, CO, we are pleased to offer you a sign-on bonus. If this aligns with your values and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you!    A DAY IN THE LIFE: In this position, you’ll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines.  During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather.  At this site near Burlington, CO, you will typically have shifts 4 days a week at 10-12 hours a day, with guaranteed overtime opportunities!  You will also have an on-call rotation schedule for off-work hours or weekends.  The team here normally works in teams of 2-3 and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day.   MORE ABOUT YOU: ~ You will need a safety-focused mindset.  ~ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to work in a team environment, while being motivated and taking initiative in daily tasks. ~ You can identify solutions to issues with process of elimination. ~ You will bring at least a year of wind experience, a wind certificate with experience in a heavy industrial background. ~2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical or mechanical work.   WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE: We offer an attractive salary and one of the most comprehensive benefits plans in the industry, including: Benefits coverage within your first month.
