We're searching for a skilled Web Designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance our online presence. You'll collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product managers to bring innovative design ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement responsive and visually appealing website layouts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Work closely with UX designers to ensure user-centric designs.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate visual designs into functional websites.
• Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and company standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for website front-ends.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Web Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) is a plus.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
• Relevant certifications in web design or front-end development are a plus.
