Job Title – Waste Operations Specialist
Company Location – Duarte, CA
On-site, Full Time
Pay –$22-24/hr. DOE
Work Schedule – 12pm-9pm (M-F)

NOTE: Clean Driving Record Required. Class C Driver’s license required. Class A or B Preferred and will pay more.

Job Summary of the Waste Operations Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a motivated Waste Technician for a large healthcare organization.

Responsibilities of the Waste Operations Specialist position
Operate a 26ft box truck to pickup and transport waste bins to processing facility
Complete requests for acceptance, pick up, confirmation, receiving of and processing of waste.
Must be able to push, lift and carry items up to 75lbs.
Operate forklift to move waste bins
Inspect vehicle and weight handling equipment
Participate in all forklift, sanitation and medical waste training
Daily and weekly inspections of collection areas
Complete all waste disposal documentation
Hazardous waste pick-up support as needed
Review compliance documentation for proper disposal procedures

Requirements of the Waste Operations Specialist position
High school diploma.
Two years of experience in hazard waste or maintenance administrative/production work tasks.
Good Driving record with CA class C license
Commercial Class A or B driver’s license preferred
Forklift certified preferred but not required
Drug screen and background check required
Must be able to reliably work the daily schedule; 12pm to 9pm.
