Immediate job opportunity for a Warehouse Service Coordinator role in the Springfield, Ohio area!

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth service team operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop daily and weekly service and delivery routes and maintain contact with service team throughout the day
  • Collaborate with management to modify daily schedule to accommodate the needs of the customers
  • Act as a communication liaison and answer incoming phone calls from customers and technicians in the field
  • Assure supplier deliveries are inspected, received, and put away in an orderly and timely manner
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for supplier and customer orders, delivery statuses, and relevant problems
  • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest service and delivery process improvements
Requirements
  • High school/diploma required
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
  • Strong computer skills including hands on experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay: $33K-35K/year
