Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer in the embroidery industry who is hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire position working 1st shift Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Specialist will oversee the daily operations of receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse or distribution center.
• Specialist will organize the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and ensure products are stored in a safe and efficient manner.
• Specialist will lead order fulfillment processes, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Specialist will continuously review and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs using Lean techniques.
• Specialist will collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 1-4 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
