Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Manager 

Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal 

Pay: $18/hr 

Shifts:  

• 40 hours August 
• 120 hours September 
• 120 hours October 
• 100 hours November 
• 20 hours December 

Work setting: 

• In-person 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable: 
• Supervise and oversee the loading/unloading and cleaning crew. 
• Ensure accountability among staff for their assigned tasks and responsibilities. 
• Load, Unload, and Delivery Management: 
• Manage the loading of trucks as per printed manifests. 
• Coordinate equipment delivery to designated event locations. 
• Oversee the unloading and setup of equipment, ensuring cleanliness and inspecting for damages. 
• Plan and execute an efficient unloading and cleaning process for returned equipment. 
• Staff Management: 
• Direct and guide the team to efficiently load trucks and ensure safety compliance. 
• Safety Enforcement and Fleet Management: 
• Ensure safety measures are enforced during operations. 
• Manage fleet and trucks efficiently, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance. 
• Truck Lead: 
• Lead the truck loading process according to manifests, emphasizing safety and efficiency. 
• Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move equipment as required. 
• Equipment Cleaning and Inspection Oversight: 
• Supervise the cleaning and inspection of equipment to meet event standards. 
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all warehouse equipment. 
• Facility Management: 
• Maintain warehouse and parking lot cleanliness, including office and bathroom areas. 
• Responsible for setting out cones for trucks and managing the grease trap and warehouse sink. 

Requirements:  

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive under pressure, managing time effectively. 
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
• Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. 
• Proficiency in operating pallet jacks. 
• Must have ability to commute:
