In this role, you will support important data enrichment tasks for a valued healthcare client and play a crucial part in our quality control process.

What You'll Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes, as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for accurate cross-checking.
Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined by the client through training.
Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
Be open to taking on additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage process and information changes effectively.
Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member.
Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers and technology is preferred.
Compensation: $16 USD per hour
