We are a growing home services company seeking a **tech-savvy and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a **long-term, full-time remote position**, ideal for someone who thrives on solving challenges and improving workflows.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and update client information in our **CRM system** (Jobber, Go High Level, or similar).
* Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients.
* Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.
* Collaborate with our team to streamline operations and ensure seamless client experiences.
#### **What We’re Looking For:**
* Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Familiarity with CRMs (Jobber, Go High Level, or similar tools) is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
* **Strong English communication skills** (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
* Proficiency in tools like Zapier, Excel, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented problem solver.
* Must be able to work **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST**.
