Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our client's team on a part-time basis, working 5 to 10 hours per week. The client operates in the finance industry, specializing in investment management. Responsibilities include managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research tasks, and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct online research and compile data.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
