• We’re searching for a UX Writer to help create intuitive, high-impact experiences across TV products, including app, platform, and service.
• The ideal candidate brings strong UX writing skills and a background in entertainment or streaming.

Description

• You’ll help build customer experiences across multiple platforms including the TV operating system and app.
• You’ll be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups.
• You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback and working closely with partners around the company.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
• Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
• Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
• Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
• Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
• Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content
