We are a retail business that is open 7 days a week. Like most retail businesses, our busiest days are the weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Flexibility with your schedule, particularly on the weekends, is critical to our culture and team?s success.

MUST BE AVAILABLE THURSDAY / FRIDAY AND SATURDAY Duties Do you take pride in helping people solve their problems? Are you flexible in structured environments while balancing your attention to detail and follow-through? If so, we want you to join our team as a Utility Player!
As a Utility Player, you?ll be a key player in our store?s success?providing comprehensive assistance to customers, servicing bikes, and helping them select the perfect products or services. No two days are the same, and your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will ensure our customers have an exceptional cycling experience.
While previous bicycle shop experience is a plus, it?s not mandatory. What matters most is that you love connecting with people and solving their problems. If you bring these qualities, we can help you succeed and thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Keep the store organized and running efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and teammates.
Customer Support: Troubleshoot bike repairs, assist with assembly, and engage with customers to solve their problems and meet their cycling needs.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Juggle a variety of tasks with ease, adjusting to changing priorities and challenges as they arise.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service and advice to our customers.
