Job Location: 3000 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, Houston, TX 77032

Duties:

Responsibilities include: Design, develop and deliver highly technical training content for our internal and external customers to increase revenue & reduce customers potential service quality issues. Develop trainings that impact daily employee activities from building customer intimacy to developing solutions that increase customer asset value. Updates curriculum to reflect the latest industry standards and technological advancements. Collaborates with management to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions. Domestic and international travel required 20% of the time.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Instructor, Ld-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. Experience in drilling and completion fluids that support class delivery in multiple countries/areas.
2. Experience with drilling and completion fluids modeling, scale and formation water analysis software packages.
3. Experience in cross PSL integration, fluids design and optimization strategy.
4. Experience in conventional and unconventional reservoir drilling and completion strategy.
5. Experience in MPD & CCS drilling & completion fluids design and planning.
6. Experience in different well completion strategy such as; open hole completion, cased hole perforation, and fracking.
7. Experience in filter cake breakers & specialized lab testing.
8. Experience in technical writing.
9. Experience in utilizing SuccessFactors to provide performance analytics to the organization.
