Job Summary: The role of the Training Specialist is to coordinate and deliver training for various business units and conduct day-to-day responsibilities for the department, including deploying and coordinating priorities for the Manager of Training. Conducting meetings to calendarize Training requests, assisting and proposing priorities as well coordinating curriculum development, and other special projects as required. The Trainer is responsible for data and technical systems, including administering LMS platforms for our internal and external stakeholders. He/she also supports and ensures information flow between training and other business units. The Trainer supports and assists strategic policies, procedures and responsibilities for the training department.
