Job Description:

• Deliver engaging theology lessons aligned with the Catholic doctrine, foster faith formation, and accompany students in their spiritual growth
• Build rapport with students, encourage faith exploration, and address individual learning needs with varied instructional methods and relevant technology
• Work with campus ministry, chaplain, and other staff to integrate faith across the school community while providing leadership in faith development
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments
• Uphold confidentiality, participate in school events, attend meetings and conferences, and care for classroom materials and school property

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Theology from an accredited institution
• Exhibit the core values of Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools: Faith, Unity, Excellence, and Integrity
• Knowledge of relevant technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Self-motivated with high energy
• Catholic in good standing with the ability to be the spiritual leader of a Bishop O†Gorman Catholic School
