Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teacher for the Visually Impaired to join a supportive school district team. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students' lives. As a Teacher for the Visually Impaired, you'll work with students across grades K-12, providing specialized education and support to help them thrive.

Key Details:
Work Setting: Fully Remote
Contract Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
Materials Provided: All necessary teaching materials will be provided.
Employment Dates: August 21st - June 13th
Full-Time Role: Commitment to a full-time position
Grade Levels: K-12

Responsibilities:
Provide individualized instruction to visually impaired students.
Develop and implement specialized educational plans.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other educators to ensure students' needs are met.
Assist in adapting classroom materials and activities to ensure accessibility.
Maintain records of student progress and communicate with families regarding achievements and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Teacher for the Visually Impaired License (required)
Liability Insurance (required)
