Job Description

Responsibilities:
Caseload Management: Oversee a diverse caseload of students, ensuring that each child receives the appropriate services based on their individual needs.
Service Delivery: Provide both direct and indirect speech therapy services, working with students on their speech and language development.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive approach to student progress and development.
IEP Contribution: Actively participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, ensuring they meet their educational and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications:
Education: A Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
Certification: Must hold the ASHA-CCC (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence).
Experience: At least two years of recent experience working in a school setting is preferred.
State Certification: Necessary state educational certifications for practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist.
