About Role/Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead - Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. The project focuses on shared services, cost optimization, and modernizing legacy systems. The primary objectives include minimizing defects, troubleshooting and resolving issues, coordinating with product teams, and contributing to analysis and design. This role also involves mentoring team members (without direct reports) and fostering a culture of technical excellence. AWS certifications are a plus.This is a 12+ months W2 position , and the selected candidate will be employed through Next Gen Software Solutions LLC. Applicants must be willing to work on Next Gen Software Solutions LLC's W2 . This position requires onsite presence in Malvern, PA - 3 days a week

• Lead technical efforts with 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Lead and 10+ years as a Java Full Stack Developer .
• Analyze, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Tackle bugs and issues by employing effective bug tracking and resolution strategies, prioritizing based on severity, and fostering a debugging-first mindset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and debugging techniques.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using tools like Splunk, Honeycomb, and Grafana.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to negotiate project requirements, analyze needs, and estimate timelines.

• Technical Leadership: 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Lead, with a proven ability to guide teams and deliver results.
• Full Stack Development Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development, with hands-on expertise in:
  • Frontend: Angular.js, React.js, Node.js.
  • Backend: Java, J2EE, Spring, Servlets, JSP, JDBC.
  • Web Services: RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Scripting/Other Languages: Python.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, including serverless application development, microservices implementation, and automation of AWS tasks.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Bamboo, and CloudFormation for streamlining CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with tools like Splunk, Honeycomb, and Grafana for cloud-native logging and monitoring.
• SDLC Knowledge: Thorough understanding of all SDLC phases, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
