What You’ll Do

• Keep the office running smoothly by organizing activities and operations.
  
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and distribute mail like a pro.
  
• Maintain office supplies (because who doesn’t love a well-stocked office?).
  
• Manage calendars and appointments to keep everything on track.
  
• Maintain records and files (both digital and paper).
  
• Assist with light tax preparation – don’t worry, we’ll show you how!
  
• Support the CEO and team with clerical tasks and special projects.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience: At least 6 months of admin or clerical work (bonus points if you’ve worked in an office before!).
  
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  
• Curiosity: A willingness to learn and grow in the tax field.
  

The Details

• Schedule: Part-time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) with some flexibility.
  
• Location: On-site in Punxsutawney, PA – yes, you’ll work in the home of the famous groundhog!
  
• Physical Requirements: Mostly desk work with light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
