Recruiting Assistant

Pay : $18 per hour (opportunity for pay increase if hired on perm)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Start date : ASAP; 3-month initial term

ROLE IMPACT

Join a fast-paced recruiting team supporting talent acquisition and coordination efforts for a dynamic, creative environment. As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll help execute full-cycle recruitment processes, support candidate experience initiatives, and assist with recruiting operations that scale hiring success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with internal clients to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
•  Coordinate interview schedules, pre-screens, and debrief sessions across departments
•  Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against role specifications
•  Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through sourcing and relationship management
• Support recruiting operations and assist with HR projects as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, onboarding, and offer process
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and client relationships
• Experience with LinkedIn for sourcing and candidate engagement

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• LinkedIn Recruiter
• ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Email scheduling/calendaring tools (e.g., Outlook)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and process improvement
