Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee water/wastewater construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water/wastewater construction projects.
• Manage daily operations and coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) and water systems.
• Experience with material scheduling and crew management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
