Staff Management Group is seeking a Stockroom Associate for our client in Wayne, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3PM - 1AM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $17.13 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Stockroom Associate is responsible for organizing, counting, and maintaining inventory in a warehouse or stockroom setting. This role supports inventory accuracy and stock availability by performing routine stock checks and maintaining detailed records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and store inventory in designated stockroom areas.
• Count and verify stock quantities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Label and track items using basic documentation methods.
• Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliations.
• Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and replenishing inventory.
• Support team operations by keeping the stockroom clean and orderly.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inventory or stockroom experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count using basic English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
